Edmund Emile Kemper III, who would eventually became notoriously known as the coed killer is a figure that sits in the annals of American history. He was one of the early ones willing to speak with it because you know, serial killers are an FBI or police worst nightmare Because finding them is fucking impossible. You have to wait for them to make a mistake almost always before you can really get a lead on them. So him being able to open up information about how they think really did help them move into the next phase of how they look for serial killers.
