Sally Kohn: I love the way you're talking about mindfulness and meditation, not as this passive thoughtlessness. She says a really engaged or purposeful state of mindfulness that is engaged in mental content can be so facilitative to generalizing work out into the world. Kohn: We have to be realistic with our mindfulness outcomes, or with our mindfulness practice outcomes. This rewiring can't happen if you're meditating with an app for, you know, a few minutes a week. It has to be long term in order to see these changes.
