The book has so many soundtracks in it that if a teenager reads it, they don't have to go, I got to come up with some way to be brave. It's about being self aware to hear what you're saying to yourself and then starting to notice what you'd like to say instead. Often it's just that you listen first, you start to notice and then you borrow some.
This week I was so happy to welcome Jon Acuff back to the show to discuss his newest book, Your New Playlist: The Student Guide to Tapping into the Superpower of Mindset.
