The False Geckos

The false gecko, which has the Latin name pseudo gecko, is a gecko. There are ten species of false gecko. They're all geckos. Not one of them is not a gecko - it's just a name. I couldn't find why they're called false geckos and think maybe they were found and assumed to be something different. But geckos are wonderful. Almost every gecko has no eye. All bar 43 have no eyelids. The eubliferidae, which literally means good eyelids in ancient Greek, they have eyelids. Even they also lick their eyes like all the other geckos do to moisten them
