Does Listening to Music Make You Like the Exercise?

Exercise releases indorfins and possibly undo canabonoids, which we know are signals that are involved in rewards. So simply doing exercise nerates its own reward. Maybe a better example ought tot kow engaging in some painful physiotherapy or something. But as far as my reading of the literature goes, i've not seen any evidence that this can happen. You can't learn to like something bad by associating it with something good.
