The Mob Boss Mentality

The new start up that is actually a legitimate threat, i would argue. People talk about zuckerburg all the time, and they talk down on him. He essentially killed both blackberry and noke overnight. It's a mob boss mentality. You got to be a mob boss at that level. We've been talking about a lot of high level concepts. What sort of general thoughts do you have for those struggling right now at their laptop? I'd really just like to make money independently and make it sustainable.
