If you're following the steps we've outlined in that challenge and in this podcast, you are applying for these jobs. And what you'll notice is a lot of times they'll say something like two years of experience required, admen, certification, o plus. That is a red flag for they don't know what they need,. anybody with two years experience is in to have multiple cells for certifications, not hopefully have one. The best way to cut cost is to look for someone with less experience. They could put a new job description up and take new applicants and wait two to three weeks to see who applies. Or they could go ahead and look at the current applicants and the applicant
