With our system being like an oversized 15 barrel it is very very easy for me to brew essentially i can fit what i would essentially be knocking out 23 barrels of work in. citric acid is such a beautiful complimentary product that can make flavors really pop without necessarily altering the pH to drastically different uh differently so we've experimented with that in the past It's something that we'll do i'm not going to say we we don't plan on doing it in every single beer that we do but because i'm always kind of coming up with new ideas or just trying new fruits if something isn't necessary popping or isn't standing out to me we will kind of implement our little citric acid d
