Progress and Utopie - The Only Way That Progress Happens

You talk in the book about the difference between progress and utopia. The idea that progress often produces new problems of its own. But, and those problems now have to be solved with a sort of a never ending cycle. To the extent that progress has taken place, it is only because we have deployed human ingenuity with the goal of making our lives better. And that's how progress happens....
