I was one of these people who at the beginning of the pandemic in spite of you know concerns for the health of the world and everything when it came down to okay you're going to be alone for a really long time. So that mood seeped into the book I think there were any number of things that were we could file under like be for bad news during the writing of this book. Even the harder parts of the book there is a kind of sublime like dark comedy like vibe to it, he says. "There's definitely some bad news in there but with an appropriate light touch"
