The Fallback Solution to the Burn Pits in Iraq

I think sadly that there always was a solution in Iraq, you know, the commander, everywhere he went. And so everywhere he'd go for a commander's call, someone would bring up burn pits. So it's taken care of people, but they had the incinerate,. They had incinerators over there and it was just, it didn't seem to what I know about it. It didn't seem like there was the will to move the bureaucracy enough to get the incinerators going into place.
