Silicon Valley bank was trying to raise capital they apparently you know that didn't happen. So here's a funny thing to me though like this whole like raising capital if you are actually interested aren't you better off just letting the asset fail. Like you're just going to get a better deal so I like other than like, why in the world are you stepping in unless there's enough competitive bids? And it's sort of a race but you think everyone be better off you know selfishly just letting it whole thing go to put and then picking up to the rubble.
