The AFC South's Power Rating

If you're going to play one team in the AFC South, the Delta I'm talking about, you don't want to play Jacksonville. So obviously any other team from the AFC South is a huge fallback versus the Jackson. How many points different would the line be if they played the second place team in each of these divisions?
