Dojo is used by 90% of K-weight schools in the US. The company raised over 30 million dollars in funding, but you're still a team of just 30. Is that unusual given that where you are? And was it a conscious decision to kind of keep the team at this size and run lean? So what would you advise people who want to adopt that strategy?
