The Importance of Data Science in UX

Data science is an interdisciplinary field about scientific methods, processes and systems to extract knowledge or insights from data. It's not a production line from A to Z involving 26 people that hand off between each other. All of the work we did were not islands anymore. We're increasingly working cross discipline, cross team and having feedback loops in an incredibly short amount of time.
