Senior Engineers - Can You Really Trust the Decision of a Senior Engineer?
Dave: I think there is value that comes from staying at a place for a really long time. But i do also think that people can get a lot of experience in less than 20 years, maybe even less than five years and get to a point where they are senior. Dave: Can a manager really trust the decision of a senior engineer who has never had to feel the pain of their own decisions?
