Sally Kohn: I think we still suffer in many cases from the sort of myth of the lone genius who just like comes up with a new idea and then all of a sudden it like hits the market. And part of the, you know, essential aspects of this type of work is getting feedback and then making stuff better as a result of the feedback that you get. We have a whole range of ways of equipping people to get better at that practice of seeking and receiving feedback and also giving feedback,. which is like a whole important set of skills in and of itself.
