Herson is temporarily occupied. This is the only city right now, major city, which is in which there are russian troops. But letus talk about ukranian resistance. To day, we have reports of herson valor. They tri to make a referendum on the so called harki people's republic. The local council said, no, we don't want to do that. And this is one of the also motivation to be as cruel as possible,. not to make a war with e ukrania army, but rather with civilians.
