We Need to Mix It Up

It's hard to get an hour of content that you're comfortable with. We need to mix stuff up. You can get used to the same thing over and over again. I think it also depends on the individual. Some people are more inclined to like certainty. And someone who really likes to mix it up and never wants to do the predictable thing.
