When you reach a certain sort of level in terms of both grittiness and drive and being empathetic, you're more likely to be a woman. And therefore I am not surprised when you say that your team has more women than men and you hired them because they're the best people for the job. It is utterly extraordinary and more extraordinary than a man having done equal things, right? "I'm just kind of thinking aloud and wondering what you feel about this," she says.
