I'm a fan of chaos. So I don't think it would necessarily be a bad thing if that happened. There's ways for them to get out of it while just like ruining their future business. How about like GBTC just mince money? Like, did they wind up raising that billion dollar? No. The only people that might give them a billion dollars are people that are bullish on Bitcoin. And then you might as well just buy Bitcoin instead of going into that clusterfuck.
