In the UK, we've got a fantastic data set in the UK from general practice for years and years. And out of the 54 factors that they found when you looked at LDL, it came 52nd out of 54. The relative risk, or the absolute risk of any for risk the way you want to look at it was 1.001. So they could find no association between LDL and cardiovascular death risk in 500,000 patients. What cholesterol level would be associated with an actual increase in cardiovascular death? Well, it would be the fact that there isn't one. There really isn't one, is there?
