I think it was just part of okay, I realized, hey, I'll try to synthesize one as I wasn't cut out for that kind of science. There's a kind of level of patience and repetition of the experiments that was just, you know, not not for me. And there are two other factors. One was I dealt with a fair amount of trauma in college when my mom got ill and died from metastatic cancer. The third was because of my musical training, and it apprenticed under a wonderful mentor Paul Jeffrey at Duke University.
