In terms of data collection now you have this information I think what you can certainly do is make compose an FAQ if you want just have feedback and then have a response to it. It will really help you manage potential resistance from people well they ask me for my ideas that gave them my ideas and they went with something else but look here is why we went with another idea going forward. The way that we collect information airline same thing right um is it's just not adequate it doesn't tell me why it was bad why was this experience bad for you let's say rate your team experience in the last project one to five I rated it three okay so what do you do with that information nothing
