How to Hit the Right Button in a Recruitment Meeting

People buy from people and so if you can get an insight into what somebody thinks of someone else I mean they're only going to write positive stuff but specifically what was it about this person that you liked. Look at the recommendations they've written and look for those things that they value  and then think about how you could demonstrate those things in a job interview. If you can use that technique to hit on just one or two points it can really make a massive difference It can actually turn a meeting from one that's not very well into one that's absolutely on fire.
