Saffo: My secret sauce is simply my daughter is basically my Saff checker on these standard operating procedures. I basically try to get somebody that does not know anything about real estate does that know anything, no preconceptions of anything. And they will go through and they will pull proof our same app or procedures. So then when we get a VA, a VA is basically going to a process that multiple dummies essentially have gone through and basically figured out how to do with these directions.
