We started with talking about motivation like well obvious my motivation is obvious why do i need to write it down no write it down get queer on it or you know i'm going to eat healthier. The more clarity you can create the better things are going to be because you can focus energy when you're clear and also if you can articulate your deep motivations to other people then you have a high level of clarity. It's kind of like how we teach kids everything when we're in school we start off with the foundational like abc's massively clear and as you get more competence with that you can start
