I think that in the abstract and maybe in some specific circumstances, Andy is certainly right that it would be better if the law were clear cut. And I'm just much more sympathetic than, than Andy is about trying to hold him accountable for the things he did leading up to January six. It would not shock me in the sight of Donald Trump gets into enormous trouble simply because he can't stop himself from attacking the prosecutor. Um, cannot stop himself from intimidating witnesses. Even if all the underlying crimes were thrown out for the reasons that Andy says, um, it would not bother me a wit if Donald Trump got convicted simply for witness tampering or a witness intimidation or any of those kinds of things
