Capoeira

I think that Lareu as a base for your conceptualization of movement is a mistake. Capoeira is actually much more complex. I don't want to sound like I'm criticizing it as an inferior, whatever it is successful at what it does. But my preference these days is more and more on the actual dance or are you a rock climber or are you, you know, you like BMXing? And how will our movement practice help to enrich enriched that.
