i don't, i don't see that much of a benefit in terms of cartyvascular health at all. I love the three to four ten minute walks per day ecause i think t is massively underestimated. People often think walking doesn't do anything. They think a ten wa's a ten minute walk going to do. But if you do 3 to 4 ten minute walks in a day, that is up to 30 to forty minutes of extra walking. That's huge. Is standing still that much better than sitting? And for me, i ask the question because you're yo just standing. Yes, there are certain costs associated with re-positioning your body and so on.
