The Reorganization of Committees

On august 20 fourth, the committee of public safety was stripped of its omnipotence over the entire governmental apparatus. So though there was little in the way of official pageantry to celebrate august tenth, the people of paris spontaneously came out to throw a city wide party. The reign of terror was over. Let's have a drink with the terror being dismantled.
