The Case of a Serial Offender

Two months after his first attack, he struck again in Rancho Cordova. A mother and her two daughters aged 12 and 15 were inside at the time. He was wearing a brown t-shirt, black gloves and dark ankle boots. When they tried to stop him, he beat one of them over the head with both his gun and a baseball bat. The police had little to go on so decided not to alert the public. They would patrol and hopefully they would catch him before he struck again. But it didn't happen until just over a month later.
