The Importance of Housing Law

Vicki is right to identify ownership because we talk a lot about the need for building more social rented housing, which like certainly will solve the corner of the crisis. But I think there's a couple of more sort of larger ideological things too, which is that housing law is notoriously complicated and difficult element of law to understand. And then finally, this idea of submitting to the government rhetoric of the last 10, 20 years, which has framed us as separate interest groups have just done such a number to create these factions. It's clear now that as we're all uniquely affected by the housing crisis, albeit to different degrees, it's really important for us to understanding how interconnected this is.
