The Man in a Buggy

One night he robs a bunch of people and then drinks with them for hours afterwards, likea he's learned no lesson. They said he became much less angry and more gentlemanly the more drunk he got. So now he wants to torment cops yet. A cop was tipped off, and soon another horseback chaise was under way. But even an extremely drunk beyond belief, read again got awaybuut this time he didn't run. He got away and then stayed in sight, daring the cops to catch him. And so the two cops get in a buggy and disguise themselve as Alel. Then he gets away again. How the fox does he like a portal?
