The Rise of Resets in the Leverage Markets
resets are a type of refinancing that sort of became invoked around 2017-2018. They do is they extend the life of a CLO and set bond pricing at a different level. The CLL takes all the interest payments that a leverage loan makes and passes them to investors. A AAA investor will get a lot less than say a single-B investor and an equity investor. It's a real indication that quidom markets are starting to heal from F, a year of painful win-a-waying of returns and yields.
