Is There a Gliding Path to Retirement?

i love the idea of this glide path to retirement. We talk about the glide path with our finances and with our investments, but i think we do this with our careers too. There's a natural glide path for more white collar workers in which they can slowly cut down on how much they work. But you know, as we know, you an rely on what the market's going to do. It's going to go up, it’s going to go down. And in particular, if you retire and the market experiences bumps or big declines in the first few years of retirement, that can be really damaging.
