The word open format is funny to me. I think it's just the like white nightclub way of saying hip hop because they didn't say hip hop on a nightclub. When I play, if I play a set that's mostly hip hop, it's definitely quicker mixing and more aggressive. But before it was mashup, yeah. And then like EDM hit and then they were like EDM's like, well, now we got hip hop's popping right now. We got to bring it back in the club. And they're like, let's call it open format.
