How to Make Money in the Restaurant Business

The restaurant business averages 300 percent turnover a year. You could offer to pay part of their tuition as well as 20 bucks an hour and get them, you get them that way. The Chick-fil-A model is in the DNA of that company for teenagers. And so if you can kind of translate some of that love for people like your daughter that you brought in this, maybe that'll help fill this whole process.
