Carlos: From the outside, sometimes it looks like being a pen. It's having this great ideas, right? And you sit on the table and tell people what to do. But it's not that sex. What they mean is you need to be thinking full scope about the product. We're working on things that have nothing to do with any of the stuff i learned in business school.
