Employers Can't Find a Pretext of Pretense to Target Autistic People

I believe that an employer can hire somebody who is autistic and realize they can't not hire them because of, they can't blatantly say it. But there's nothing to stop them from making their work life miserable or putting it in such a way that the autistic just cannot possibly survive in that employment. And I think that's a big part of the injustice that happens. It's very difficult for an autistic person to have any response for that type of mistreatment and discrimination. We should hope to look for the best in people but we also have to be prepared for the worst in people.
