The Early Discussions on Climate Change for the 2021 Proxy Season

According to series there has already been 136 climate related shareholder resolutions filed this year so far that is 12 less than were filed in all of 2020. We see many companies adopting company-wide climate pledges and more companies also linking their CEOs pay to reaching these climate objectives. But even though the enhanced investor scrutiny on climate is new the way these discussions are being played out is old. It's focusing on how the board is dealing with it.
