The main thing is trying to get the diagnosis on time because of the fact that the treatment is not going to be very effective after 72 hours you really need to get the antiviral prescribed right away and patients may not come in right away. It's really just a question of trial and error and finding the right treatment for the pain which can be frustrating over time.
