Introduction
In 20 21, the global second hand apparel market was just shy of a hundred billion. Over the course of the next five years, it's expected to more than double. Technology and conscious consumerism are fuelling this outsize growth. Resale is a very natural way to be able to both curate your own closet in a conscious way as well as make new purchases. They're going to have less carbon impact, less waste, et cetera. The conversation that's at the forefront, particularly of the young generation, but it's impacting all generations, is the impact of fashion on the planet.
