A recent report found that private equity backed firms had been buying up apartment buildings and mass to squeeze them for profit. Back to fredy mac the number of individual owned apartments dropped to forty one % in two and 18 with private equity firms buying up multi family complexes, this led to the consolidation of large shares of rental properties in the hands of a few firms. There's a direct line between the consolidation of hat hands to equity firms and large corporations and the death of homeless people who are on the streets in the dead of winter.
