The most shorted sub sector is office reached specifically. I'd be absolutely surprised to see if these stocks bottomed before we have a recession. It just seems to me it's been an out performer in a difficult environment. But given the different dynamics that we have right now and then when you talk about where rates are, you talk about cost of capital,. You talk about all the debt.
