How to Hire a Consultant for a Task

I never had a situation where like some consultants will come in and say, set up your network or maybe some sort of monitoring tool. And then they're supposed to kind of give you some kind of tips or pointers on how you should integrate further with that once they're gone. I've never seen those people necessarily used as in-house educators, right? Right. But the interesting part is one of the frustrating things to me as a long time consultant was they're like, oh, but if you get hit by a puss, then I need to know what's going on. Just because he's W two doesn't mean that dude can’t walk out the door!
