i agree with saint john ganes's criticisms of it, especially nate's peculiar use of marxism. But i thought the fundamental truth of the piece was that america is secularizing. People are disaffiliating with institutional religion. So even among conservative churches on the right, you might say these, these trans and dynamics are at work.
