An SDR has to have a good handle on what kind of campaigns are being run, how leads are generated. A marketer has to close a loop with the SDR in terms of what kind of quality their leads are and so on. Everything that SDRs are doing is also creating a brand presence for you. Every time they send this cold email or send a LinkedIn message, they're talking about your brand. So there's no way that it can work independently anymore. It has to be a collaborative effort.
