For me when I look at these humans that I'm investing in and like I am looking for just like sheer tenacity to bulldoze through walls that might get put up in front of you. When I see there is a woman who worked at Stitch fix for. eight years where she and she had done all kinds of different jobs, started out right out of college then by the time she left was an director. And so it's not what schools have you gone to it's actually a lot of these other things and how are you going to act in certain situations.
