Extrication - I'm for Sure Things Have Changed a Lot
I'm for sure things have changed a lot. I guess the iveed in pre hostel care for maybe ten, 15 years and think at the beginning, it was quite a didactic approach. The rules were pretty strict around what you should and shouldn't do. Guide lines were there to be to be followed. In extrication, that was particularly evident around the movement mitigation stuff. You used to be expected that if you moved a person's neck inappropriately after they had a rod traffic accident, you would basically be paralyzing them for the rest of their life. It's going to take some time for the knowledged translation of the work the exit project has done to get through
